Refund Policy

Simple refund rules for digital products, templates, themes and custom project work.

Digital products

Templates, themes and downloadable files are digital products. Because access is delivered electronically, refunds are limited once a product has been downloaded, accessed or delivered.

When a refund may be approved

A refund may be considered if the product was not delivered, a duplicate payment was made, the wrong item was charged, or the product has a major technical issue that Arabix cannot reasonably fix.

Non-refundable cases

Refunds are usually not available when the product has already been downloaded and works as described, when the customer changed their mind, bought the wrong license, lacks the required software or asks for features not listed in the product details.

Custom services

For custom work, refunds depend on project progress. If work has not started, a refund may be possible. If planning, design, development or setup has started, completed work and time already spent may be deducted.

Support and fixes

If something is not working as described, contact us first. We will review the issue and try to fix it, guide you, or provide an updated file where reasonable.

How to request a refund

Email hello@arabixweb.com with your order email, product or project name, payment date and reason for the request. Clear details help us review the case faster.

Review time

Refund requests are normally reviewed within 3 to 7 business days. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible, and the payment processor may take additional time to complete the refund.

Chargebacks

Please contact Arabix before opening a payment dispute. We are happy to review genuine issues, but chargebacks can delay resolution and may limit future access to products or support.
