Arabix provides website templates, digital products, ecommerce setup, website design, branding, marketing pages and related support. Some work is delivered as downloadable files, while custom services are delivered through agreed milestones.
Digital product license
When you buy a template or digital item, you receive a license to use it according to the license selected at checkout. You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload or claim the product as your own standalone product unless written permission is given by Arabix.
Custom services
For website, ecommerce, branding or marketing services, scope, delivery time, content needs and revisions are agreed before the project starts. Extra pages, features, integrations, urgent delivery or major changes outside the agreed scope may require a separate quote.
Payments and taxes
Payments may be processed through Paddle or another approved payment provider. The payment provider may calculate taxes, verify payment details and issue transaction records where required. Arabix does not store full card details on this website.
Delivery and support
Digital products are usually delivered through a download link or account access after payment is confirmed. Custom service timelines depend on how quickly project content, access details and feedback are provided. Support is provided for the period stated in the selected product or package.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate business details, content, product information, brand assets, hosting access and approvals needed to complete the work. Delays in providing these items can affect delivery time.
Intellectual property
Arabix keeps ownership of original systems, design methods, templates, reusable components and internal processes. Final approved deliverables created specifically for a custom project may be used by the client after full payment, unless a different agreement is made in writing.
Third-party tools
Projects may use third-party platforms, plugins, fonts, payment processors, analytics tools, hosting providers or chat widgets. Their own terms, fees and availability are controlled by those providers, not Arabix.
Limitation of liability
Arabix aims to deliver careful, practical work, but we cannot guarantee specific sales, rankings, traffic or revenue. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Arabix is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or issues caused by third-party platforms.
